DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE CROWNED SCOTLAND'S NEW FACE 2011 IN ASSOCIATION WITH WAREHOUSE?
Scotland's New Face 2011 is one of the most prestigious model competitions in the UK and has launched the career of several Scottish models to the international circuit, including last year's winner Terri McGlone who has just walked at London Fashion Week at the tender age of 16.
Created in 2008, it is part of the now global Scottish Fashion Awards in association with Vogue.com event, which takes place in Glasgow in June. It is thee modelling accolade prospective models want to win, because they know the credibility behind the brand.
This year we have partnered with fashion retailer Warehouse and Scotland’s National newspaper The Daily Record to search for Scotland’s New Face. Every year, SNF scouts travel around Scotland in search of the top faces of the future. From the highlands to the east and west, there is no place untouched by our fashion scouts. From an eventual shortlist of 20 girls, 4 finalists will be selected to attend Scotland's fashion extravaganza - The Scottish Fashion Awards in June for the chance to be crowned 'Scotland's New Face 2011'. The judging panel is made up leading figures in style including style director Nick Ede, who is also fashion editor for OK!TV, Brix Smith Start, fashion entrepreneur and TV personality, Jason Bell - Franchise Director TONI&GUY Glasgow, Lorraine Pringle Brand Communicators Director Warehouse, Julie Hannah Fashion Editor Daily Record, Susannah Hooker, Director of New Faces at Select Model Management and awards / event founder, top fashion publicist Tessa Hartmann.
The winner will walk away with contract with leading model agency, London based Select Model Management, a brand new Smart car courtesy of Smart's of Glasgow, a photoshoot with leading high street retailer Warehouse, £1000 to spend at Warehouse, £250 voucher to spend at Official Jeweller to the event Swarovski. If that's not enough, the winner will have a luxurious hair makeover from TONI&GUY including an indulgent moisture treatment, cut and colour with a top stylist and technician, PLUS a label.m haircare goody bag with all your hair must-haves. As well as a make over with a top Bobbi Brown artist. Also for the 12 months of reign, your publicity will be handled with Scotland's top fashion & celebrity management agency - Hartmann Media, who will ensure that you are seen at all the important red carpet events.
You don't have to live in Scotland to enter, but you do have to be Scottish by birth. So if you are Scottish and live in Glasgow, Stirling, New York or Paris, you could be in with a chance to become Scotland's New Face 2011. Do you have what it takes?
